- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't like the receptionist. She seems like checking the caller I.D. and not picking up. I left a voice mail a day ago and no call back from the receptionist. I think she doesn't check. If you call more than once in like 5 min, she won't answer your phone. If you call from a different number just right after that, she will answer your phone right away. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Kim and the staff at Austin Dental Heights are great. I have always had a pleasant experience whether it be a checkup, crown or filling procedure. I really like the appointment reminder service (text, email, phone call). Austin Dental Heights recent technology as well. I am impressed with the changes I have seen over the years.
