  Took my pug there for emergency last year. They saved his life! Yes it's expensive. And why 5 stars? they are almost a 24 hours animal hospital while the others are closed, and I am NOT gonna take my dog's life for granted by Waiting the other hospital to be open and just to save $$. Because life is over money. So they were there for help. And my BB got healed very quickly! I am so happy. Thank God. And their after service is also amazing, after my BB returned to home they still call us to follow up his situation and guide us how to bring back his appetites. I am so touch by that, and why I left the review a year after, because I see people giving them bad reviews just saying they charged too much. But seriously for me and my family, life is over money.

  I am so frustrated with their services... My puppy was crying so badly and asking for the help but they just sent me home with oral antibiotics. Therefore we lost one more day and now my lovely little puppy is dying in another hospital under IV even though we are still fighting till the end... Chances are so little... Temperature has dropped and at another hospital they can't help it. Central Animal Emergency should have started with IV right away. I am so heartbroken... Update: Well, the reason was that the puppy was got bitten by his mother and they just did a very poor examination not checking skin under the fur. The puppy was very fluffy and they even didn't think to check it. Didn't I pay exactly for examination that night? The puppy has died on my husband's hands 2 weeks later....
