  With my student healthcare plan I got a discount on an eye exam at Image Optometry, which I decided to take advantage of. The fact that the staff member was unable to provide proper instructions on how to use one of the machines was annoying, but I took greater issue when she tested my glasses for the prescription, and came up with an incorrect reading, which she passed on to the doctor. After performing his tests (which were not thorough compared to eye exams elsewhere in the mall), he proceeded to misdiagnose my prescription (he said it was the same as my glasses but he was going off of the woman's incorrect reading). He gave me contact lenses in this false prescription to test and wouldn't listen to me when I told him they were blurry, until he finally retested my glasses. I cannot believe I paid for such a terrible experience, and I will definitely be getting my eye exam redone somewhere with more competent staff.
