- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪During the course of an operation with Dr. Wan, my wife had a burning sensation around her collar bone. The dentist explained some "shampoo" fell on her and wiped it off. But it kept burning until they washed it off thoroughly, assuring that there's nothing to worry about and that it wouldn't take her skin off. She apologized, blaming it on the new assistant. But as my wife discovered later, it blistered and did burn her skin off. The substance was no shampoo but acid etch! After showing it to Dr. Wan she actually had to ask for compensation for the most likely permanent scar, and all she got was a reimbursement of 10%, after spending around 1'800.- for the treatment plus assessment. My wife was lied to, and the dentist did not take responsibility. Simply insincere. That's why we're switching.by Simon PinielSeptember 26, 2017
